Deposit

Booking is confirmed after 30% deposit on the total cost of the stay. The deposit is in USD only,
and will be processed by e-payment with our secured e-payment service Paypal or Bali Payment.
We don't charge 3% bank fees for your deposit payment.
The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

Cancellation

More than 60 days before the expected day of arrival: deposit refund following the rate
of the Indonesian rupiah against any other chosen currency on the day the cancellation
has been received (rate taken from www.oanda.com), minus applicable bank fees, minus one night.
Less than 60 days prior to the expected date of arrival: 30% of the published rate is charged
per night and per room cancelled or per villa cancelled.
Unless by advance agreement, the reservation of a client, not arriving by 8 pm
on the expected arrival date, will be cancelled. No refund of the deposit.
Earlier leave: No refund, 100% of the rate is charged per night left.
