Payment

Important

For security reasons (swimming pool, stairs) the stay including children of under 12 years
must be carefully considered. It is imperative that any child must remain under the constant
vigilance and responsibility of the adults accompanying him or her.

Guests staying at Balam Bali Villa must respect Indonesian law, as well as the sensitivity
of other invited parties, personnel and local population. Any inappropriate or abnormal
behaviour will engage the immediate end of the holiday stay.

Reservations and Deposits

Booking is imperative for stays beyond one night, and will be confirmed only on reception
of a 50% advance on the total cost of the stay.

The despatch of deposits (in Euros) will be made by bank transfer on an account that we will
indicate by e-mail. The net advance (less any expenses) will be converted into Indonesian rupiah
at the rate of the day of check-in, deducted from the final invoice.

Unless by advance agreement, the reservation of a client, not arriving by 8 pm
on the expected arrival date, will be cancelled.

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before the expected day of arrival: deposit refund following the rate of the Indonesian rupiah against any other chosen currency on the day the cancellation has been received, minus applicable bank fees, minus one night.
  
• Less than 30 days prior to the expected date of arrival: no reimbursement of deposit advanced.
• Unless by advance agreement, the reservation of a client, not arriving by 8 pm on the expected arrival date, will be cancelled. No refund of the deposit.
  

Check-in / Check-out :

• Check-in:   2 pm
• Check-out: 12 am
  

Any arrival or departure outside these official hours should be the object of a request during reservation.

Payment accepted on site:

• Cash (Indonesian rupiah, Euros, USD)
